TANESCO benefits from the leading ICT company.

Problem
Although TANESCO has been computerized for some time, a substantial number of its staff was not embraced by this technology. Why is this so?

UCC Ltd. as the leading ICT Company and as per its mission statement, stepped in to arrest this setback.

Task
UCC Ltd. was challenged with the task of training TANESCO staff in ICT.

To begin with, UCC Ltd. trained twenty TANESCO staff to acquire ICT knowledge and become trainers. This was followed shortly by two more batches of staff who were trained in basic and advanced microcomputer applications. The first batch comprised of fifty and the other with thirty five staff.

Result
The training attained at UCC Ltd. was very effective and the now TANESCO trainers have been engaged in training the rest of its staff at its Morogoro college.
