• Provident Pension Fund (Calculates employee and employer contributions – prints required form for N.P.F.)


• Development Levy

• Housing allowance (Optional)-(automatically calculates tax free amount)


• Pay slips


• Loans can be entered and will be automatically deducted from the monthly salary.


• Overtime records taken from the payroll can be analysed for monthly reporting etc

The system is used by various clients including Marines Services, Mwanza.  It was initially programmed in 2006.  It uses MS Access/VBA front end with MS SQL Server backend.
