There may be occasions when things go wrong and you feel upset, angry or concerned. If this should happen, then UCC Ltd Quality Control and Business Development Department would like to be aware of the matter and try to resolve any issues or problems. UCC Ltd aims to ensure that difficulties are best resolved as quickly as possible and at the lowest level suitable.
Through its Quality Control and Business Development Department, 'UCC Ltd' has developed a Complaints Management System. The System provides a platform for customers to make their complaints heard and acted upon. The system will ensure time and effort saving by solving the customer compliant effectively and swiftly. Quality Control and Business Development Department is there to listen to customers, to solve their problems and benefit from them in the continual improvement and development of services.
By using Complaints Management System, the customer can pose a Complaint after providing his/her details. The customer can also track his/her complaint by providing the Complaint ID at the search place for feedback.
