On completion of this IT Governance workshop candidates will be able to: Understand the principles of Governance and how they relate to COBIT, COSO, and ISO 38500. Understand the definition, purpose, and benefits of a good Governance framework and process. Analyse the key drivers, stakeholder needs, business objectives, IT related goals and be able to customise for their organisations. Understand Internal Control and how to scope and analyse Corporate Compliance requirements. Develop a business case with ROI for the IT Governance Initiative Understand & Analyse the Roles, Accountabilities, responsibilities required to do good governance specifically how to put together RACI Charts. Understand and apply the Key Governance Processes, and the key Goals of Benefits realisation, Risk and resource optimization and specifically how to monitor performance and align with the business organisation. How to apply and use COBIT to develop, modify and enhance the Governance process in their own organisations.

Understanding of IT Governance Basics. COBIT Foundation or other IT Governance Foundation training is desirable
