Project Management Professional (PMP) Examination Preparation Course
Registrations are invited from interested Individuals, Groups, Businesses and Organizations wishing to pursue a four day workshop on Project Management Professional (PMP) Examination Preparation Course. This course introduces to facilitate the participants for PMP* Certification and to gain 35 contact hours formal education certificate in project management. Vinsys is registered education provider (REP) for PMI at global level. Learning Outcome: 1. Participants get a good understanding to Self Study the PMBOK, leading to PMP Certification Examination which is recognized worldwide. 2. To understand the purpose, inputs and outputs of the processes in each of the five Process Groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing and the Project Management Knowledge areas. 3. To explain the relationship of Process Groups, Knowledge areas, project phases, project & product Life Cycle. 4. To demonstrate a clear understanding of what activities, tools, & techniques, are necessary in each phase of a project & understand the PMP® examination nuances. Audience: Asst. COURSE CONTENTS (Key Topics) 1 Brief Information about PMI procedure and PMP Exam. 2 Influencing factors: Project success & Failure. PMBoK® Guide Knowledge Areas and Process Groups. Develop Project Charter Process, Identify Stakeholders Process, Develop project management Plan Process. 3 Direct & Manage project execution Process, Monitor & Control project work Process, Estimate activity resources and duration Processes, Determine Budget and Control Cost Processes. 4 Earned Value Management (EVM) & Exercise on EVM (Performance Analysis and Forecasting). Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control Processes. 5 Develop Human Resource Plan Process, Develop and Manage Project Team Processes, Identify Risk and Plan Risk Processes. Plan, Conduct and Administer Procurement Process. 6 Close Project or Phase Process. Assessment Tests for all the knowledge areas will be conducted during the training programme.
